Once an order has been placed, you have a brief 30-minute window in which to cancel it before it processed and shipped out. Please note that if you attempt to cancel your order outside of our operational hours, regrettably, we will be unable to accommodate your request. Once the order has been processed and accepted by the warehouse, cancellations cannot be facilitated.

For customers seeking expedited shipping options such as Overnight Shipping and 2-Day Air, these services are available for all products and destinations within the 48 Continental US States. To ensure next-day delivery, orders must be placed by 3PM p.m. PST. Any orders submitted after this cutoff time will be dispatched on the subsequent business day. Please be aware that next-day deliveries are not available on weekends (Saturday or Sunday).

No Shipments on Weekends; Closed on Weekends

We do not process shipments over the weekend as we are closed during this period. If you place an order after 3PM p.m. PST on a Friday, your order will be shipped on the following Monday unless it falls on a Holiday.

Please take note that our shipping rates and delivery times are provided as estimates based on average transit times. These estimates do not guarantee specific arrival times. We are not responsible for delays in package delivery caused by factors such as FedEx or USPS errors, customer requests for shipment rerouting, customer holds requested for carrier pickup, orders placed outside of our business hours and processed the next business day, incorrect shipping information, federal holidays affecting package transit, as well as events such as riots, protests, strikes, labor disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks, weather-related phenomena, missing or stolen packages, and natural disasters.

In cases where a package is returned to us due to an “incorrect address” or “receiver unknown,” or a failure to pick your package up a refund for the item will be issued, but the shipping cost will NOT be refunded.
